FREEBIE OF THE MONTH

Flopsy's return - in March 2008 our pet rabbit Flopsy, and her sister Maisie, escaped from their hutch when I was away up North (I failed to shut the door properly just before I left). This was not discovered till next morning - but Maisie was still in the garden and quite quickly caught. Flopsy went missing till 11.00 the following evening, however, when Cathy spotted her and spent two frenetic hours with the help of our friend Richard trying to catch her. So relieved was I on getting a phone call to say she was safely back where she was supposed to be, that I sat up till the not-so-early hours of the following morning writing this piece. It is based on my earliest known composition, Bunny, which I believe I composed at the piano at the age of three!
